A goal I have been working on this year is a twist on the common goal everyone trots out in December of "going to the gym regularly." I made my twist on a gym habit to be this goal. "I will be friendly and popular at the gym." It assumes I will have to go regularly to be popular, and I can’t be a crabby old man about it if I mean to pull off friendly. I feel like I am more likely to go now because I associate being friendly and happy with this otherwise sweaty, boring habit. Inside joke, I don’t have enough mojo or horsepower to pull off sweaty.

I need to work on the friendly face.

What am I geeking out on this week?

Vixen RV on YouTube.

An RV like no other from the 1970’s I am mesmerized by the way parts are cobbled together to make it all work. It is squat and wide as opposed to the common tall bus style more common currently.

What am I reading this week?

I just finished 18 hours of Martha Wells' non-Murderbot audio book, Wizard Hunters, It mixes 40’s war movie vibes with sword and Magical sorcerer story lines. How? You’ll have to check it out. I liked it. It’s not as light-hearted as her other work, but for spies, curses, and flying whales, I give it two thumbs up.

There is a suicide theme that, spoiler alert, thankfully gets resolved.
