The Picture to Art format allows you to drop your source material into the software and apply various styles to produce a version of the original rendered in the form of a known technique.
The other format allows you to describe what you want the picture to look like and then apply the style. However, there is a limit to the amount of description you can use, so I find the results less realistic than dropping in a photo or an original picture.
The software lets you share your work and see what others have created while on the app. I am enjoying the program as a doodle tool. Also, for creating original blog post art, a tool like this is unrivaled in originality. It's not your work, but it is your creativity. Being creative is my focus.
