Our building recently had new railings put in. Through the process of knocking out the old railings and replacing the out-of-code support members, we lost most of our garden plants. My husband took the opportunity to stretch my skill set to hang a new set of hanging plan rings. The brilliance of our relationship has been his vision of how great things could look and my practical mechanical skills for making that vision stick to the concrete. I can't wait to see how things have grown at this time next year.

We are celebrating our anniversary this month in a self-styled holiday season we call Cake-a-palooza. It stretches from our Anniversary in August Through Halloween. There are a couple of birthdays in the middle. This year we are marking 18 years together.

What am I reading this week?

We know something about a few things. But things change when we keep looking. I am fascinated by the looking.
